The power of live foods

Many people's intake of raw food is limited to the occasional fruit, some carrots and celery, or a salad. A large percentage of the population eats no raw food at all.

Does it matter? Can you be healthy without raw, whole foods?

Though an entirely raw diet may not be right for most of us, Angela's success story is an inspiration.

Raw Success

Every now and then amidst the ads for junk foods and the pharmaceuticals to "treat" the results of eating them, the television lets a little truth squeak out.

Is it conceivable that the foods that humanity has successful sustained itself on for the previous tens of thousands of years are actually the ones we're supposed to eat?

And that the new, highly advertised foods of the last 100 years are the root cause of the current epidemic of degenerative health diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer we're facing?

It's a simple experiment. Replace the junk food with real food and see what happens. (Give it at least a month.)
