A poison that may be lurking in processed food

Mercury in Processed Foods
The culprit: High Fructose Corn Syrup

The processed food industry will tell you that manufacturing methods are modern and safe.

The results of this 2009 study tell a different story...and nothing has changed.

How has mercury made its way into common packaged foods found in any grocery store?

Now appearing in a
supermarket near you

"One in ten calories consumed by Americans comes from high fructose corn syrup."

This study did not look at the health impact of high fructose corn syrup itself, but at the levels of mercury in foods made with high fructose corn syrup.

One third of the products tested had detectable levels of mercury. In another study, one half of the high fructose corn syrup tested had detectable levels of mercury.

How have these processing practices been allowed to continue?
