People don't like to hear this. Saying anything
that challenges the healthy image of dairy is
met with a range of emotional responses,
from disbelief to rage.

For years women in the U.S. have been told
that we need to consume dairy products to
protect against bone loss and osteoporosis.

consumption of dairy (including the U.S.,
Sweden, and England) also have high rates
of osteoporosis.

Give it a try for a month

In the U.S., saying anything that calls the health effects of dairy

into question brings a big backlash from all corners.
