SOMETHING NEW IS BREWING
ON OUR WATERFRONT

This May, the  Amsterdam Brewing Company will return to its roots and open a Brew Pub on the Toronto waterfront at 245 Queens Quay West, the old Pier 4 Storehouse Restaurant building.

The facility will focus on small, fresh batches of Amsterdam specialty brews for the new 900-seat restaurant/pub and its beer inspired menu. The location will also function as the brewery's Toronto core retail store, offering the entire portfolio in all sizes and prices. The site will host feature tastings, educational tours, beer dinners, special events, and an Amster'Dam good lakeside summer patio accommodating up to 300 patrons.

"We hope that through reflecting on our history and continuing our passion for authenticity, the Brew Pub will become a destination for the people of Toronto and its visitors" says Jeff Carefoote, owner and operator of the Amsterdam Brewing Company.

MADE WITH LOVE

Nothing melts a chocolate lover's heart like a Valentines chocolate gift. You'll be surprised at how easy it is to create your own unique gift that will show them how much you love them.

The best chocolate on the Waterfront is no triflin g matter for the serious chocoholics among us. The texture and flavours are all important factors for the shrewd chocolate connoisseur.
Chocolates and Creams is the only store in Canada that carries the delectable Nom Nom Confections line of chocolates. Nom Nom confections is a small high-end chocolate manufacturer and are recognized as one of the finest chocolatiers in the world.

If chocolate isn't your thing, indulge in one of their freshly made waffles that are soft, cakey and not too sweet. Don't forget to try one of their freshly ground coffees, hot chocolates or steeped teas.

GET READY TO SAY "OMMMMM"

The City of Toronto is always ready to tackle the snow but making sure people can move about our sidewalks requires more than snow plows. It takes a team effort from our property owners, residential and commercial residents, to clear the sidewalks after a snowfall.

Clearing sidewalks after a snowstorms helps to ensure the safety and mobility of people walking along the waterfront. Failure to do so could result in a fine of $100. plus $25. surcharge, total $125. as per Municipal Code Chapter 719. Uncleaned sidewalks pose a real danger and can be life threatening to pedestrians. When the sidewalks are not clear of snow or ice pedestrians may injure themselves on the slick sidewalk or be forced to walk in the roadway with vehicular traffic.

Thank you for doing your part to make our sidewalks safe for all this winter season.

ARE ALL TEETH WHITENING SYSTEMS EQUAL?

People often ask what the difference is between the teeth whiteners that are sold over-the-counter and the ones provided at Infinity Dental. When it comes to whitening, they  don't discourage patients from using store bought whiteners like Crest White Strips because you may see some results but often they are not long lasting.

The whitening systems they offer, custom trays for home use and in-office treatments, have a much higher concentration of the whitening agent which can offer brighter results and longer lasting effects. This means their patients are not bleaching as often. Another benefit of professional systems is that they ensure that the whitening agent is not contacting the gums.

Customs trays they are designed to minimize the amount of bleach that contacts the gums and with the in-office system they ensure that the gums are completely protected before beginning so that they are not damaged.

If you want to know how to get your teeth their whitest, visit Infinity Dental today!
