Was CAS Involved From The Very Start Of Missing Woman & Child - Time For Toronto Cops To Come Clean

Is this another case of CAS wanting to take child from the mother so the mother disappears with child.

Toronto Cops never put out as to why they are looking for the mother to start with, never even said what harm she was in. This does not make very good attraction to why someone would want to call in even if they saw the woman.

If the child was in any real danger why not a amber alert to start off  with? I smell the hand prints of A Children's Aid Society all over this case.

Toronto police have found eight-month-old Summer Leach-Vautour on Sunday after the toddler and her mother Natasha Vautour, 33, disappeared near College Park on Saturday afternoon. The mother is still missing.
The two were last seen around 1 p.m. near College and Yonge St.
The mother is white, 5’6, 200 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a grey-and-white hoodie and black puma runners with pink accents. She was pushing a grey stroller containing her daughter, who was wearing a pink snow suit.
Police say they are concerned for the pair’s safety and would not explain to Torstar News Service what lead to them going missing.
Shortly before 8:30 p.m. police announced that Summer had been found. Police would not comment on when and where she was found but said she is safe and children’s aid is involved.
