Child Perv pleads guilty to luring teens to Niagara Falls motel for sex

WELLAND, Ont. -- A man who tried to force teenage boys into engaging in sex acts with each other at Niagara Falls hotel while he watched will return to court Friday to be sentenced.
Eugene Soucy, 49, appeared in court Monday and pleaded guilty to five sex-related charges including invitation to sexual touching and administering a stupefying drug.
Soucy was arrested at a London, Ont., hotel in March 2012 following a police investigation involving two boys who taken to Niagara Falls, Ont., from Hamilton, Ont.
Assistant Crown attorney Jeffrey Richardson told court Soucy befriended two boys, aged 14 and 15, and offered them a job at his construction firm.
The three drove to Niagara Falls in a taxi in February 2012 and checked into a local hotel.
In the hotel, court was told, Soucy offered the teens alcohol and marijuana, and offered each of them $750 if they performed sex acts with each other.
The teens repeatedly told Soucy they wanted to return to Hamilton and Soucy eventually called them a cab so they could.
When arrested, Soucy was in a hotel with a 17-year-old male.
A search of the hotel room uncovered marijuana, alcohol, lubricant, massage oil and DVDs featuring pornographic material involving teenage boys.
The 17-year-old said he was offered money to have sex with other teens.
Judge Theresa Maddalena reserved sentencing until Friday.
