Cops seize weapons, drugs and bomb-making fertilizer in Toronto

TORONTO -- A man faces charges after a frightening incident that began at the island airport and ended with the seizure of weapons, drugs, security guard uniforms and a fertilizer used to make bombs.
Police say they received a call from a cab driver around 1 a.m. Feb. 25 claiming a customer fled without paying his fare at Billy Bishop Airport.
A man unloaded a firearm and hid it in a washroom before hopping on a ferry to the island where he was arrested, police alleged.
Police said officers seized drugs from the man and the gun was discovered in the washroom.
That same day, officers searched a home in the east end and seized more drugs -- GHB, crystal meth and cocaine.
Police also found ammunition, Tasers, security guard uniforms and one gram of ammonium nitrate, a fertilizer that can be used as an explosive in large quantities, according to police.
Leslie Tsui, 27, of Toronto, faces 27 charges -- most of which are drug and weapons related.
