Elderly Woman Has Nose Severed Off In The Heart Of Down Town Toronto In Broad Daylight

Elderly woman’s nose severed in daylight attack in downtown Toronto

TORONTO – Toronto police say an elderly woman had her nose severed off when she was attacked in the down town core.
Police say the woman was on her way home yesterday afternoon around two o’clock when she was approached by man after she got off a streetcar near Yonge and Dundas.
They say the woman was on an elevator in Dundas Square when the man suddenly attacked, cutting off her nose.
Police say the man then fled, and that they’re still looking for him.
There’s been no word on a possible motive for the disturbing incident, or on the woman’s current condition.
The suspect is described only as being 40 to 60 years old, and five-foot-six to five-foot-eight inches tall.
