Ex-Hells Angel caught not far from Quebec City after 10 months on the lam

MONTREAL - A former Hells Angel convicted of murder who escaped from custody last February was caught and arrested Friday night.
Provincial police found Maxime Guillemette, 40, in Sainte-Marie de Beauce just south of Quebec City.
He was considered "very dangerous" by police and was serving a life sentence for the 2001 murder of a young boxer.
Guillemette had escaped almost 11 months ago northeast of Montreal while performing supervised volunteer work. He managed to flee on a snowmobile.
Audrey-Anne Bilodeau said Guillemette could soon be charged with escaping custody and firearm-related charges. He is due in court on Monday.
Guillemette lured a local boxer, Jean-Fran├žois Lessard, 31, into the woods and shot him at least four times in the head.
The men allegedly had a financial dispute and Guillemette also suspected an love affair between his partner and Lessard.
Guillemette had allegedly obtained the go-head from the Hells leadership to murder the boxer, who was a low-level member of the crime syndicate.
