6 Years After Beheading a fellow passenger on gray hound bus, Vince Li must be cured

The Criminal Code Review

Board is now allowing Vince Li

unsupervised outings from the

Selkirk Mental Health Centre

into the nearby city of

Selkirk, Manitobia.

Vince Li made headlines around the globe , he's the man who

beheaded a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus in Manitoba has

been granted the right to leave his mental hospital without an

Li's psychiatrist told the board earlier this week that the one-time

undiagnosed schizophrenic has not been violent, no longer suffers

delusions and has made tremendous progress.

The outings are to start at 30 minutes and increase to full-day trips.

So this means this guy must be cured? You don't think this guy is

still crazy and he made them crazy enough to release him onto the

general public?

We shall wait and see!
