Five young people are dead in Calgary following a stabbing at a late-night party

The five victims and a suspect, who was arrested by police canine unit, were all in their late teens or early 20s.
Police were called to a house party around 1:20 a.m. Tuesday, said spokeswoman Emma Poole.
Police were called to Butler Crescent N.W., a residential in the northwestern neighbourhood of Brentwood, Ms. Poole said.
The address is minutes from the campus of the University of Calgary. Citing neighbours, CBC reported the partygoers were celebrating the end of university classes.
Three victims were dead at the scene and two others who were taken to hospital in critical condition died later.
A male suspect who fled the scene was intercepted after about half an hour. He was treated for dog bite from the K-9 unit.
Police are not looking for other suspects, Ms. Poole said.
