Woman assaulted while running in a Mississauga park

Peel Police are searching for the man after a woman was assaulted while jogging in Riverwood Park in Mississauga.

A woman was assaulted during a morning jog in a Mississauga park last Sunday — and police are looking for the man who did it.
The woman, 27, was running through Riverwood Park around 10:30 a.m. when she was attacked. She fought him off, and managed to escape.
Peel police say the suspect may have sustained injuries to his face and head during the struggle.
The suspect is described as white, tanned, clean shaven, 6 feet tall with skinny arms and legs, and between 18 to 25 years old. He wore dark athletic shorts, high white socks, white running shoes and a white sleeveless t-shirt with a hood.
