Suspect on the loose following Vancouver SkyTrain stabbing

CTV - Authorities are searching for the suspect in a stabbing on the SkyTrain early Sunday morning.
The 40-year-old male victim from Surrey boarded an eastbound train at the Main Street station with his girlfriend. The man got into an argument with three young men who boarded the train at the Broadway station, according to transit police. One of the three men pulled a knife and stabbed the victim in the arm.
The victim’s girlfriend reported the stabbing at 1:40 a.m. at the Edmonds Station where the three men ran off the train.
Two of the men were arrested and released following questioning.
All the people involved in the incident were intoxicated, according to the Transit Police.
The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance and treated for his wounds.
The suspect is a white male, 20 to 25 years old, 5’8” to 5’9” tall, 150 pounds, with wavy brown hair cut shorter on one side. He was wearing a black T-shirt and black cargo shorts.
Anyone with information concerning the incident is asked to call Transit Police at 604-515-8300 or Crime Stoppers.
Transit police conducted 49 liquor pour outs, issued 15 violation tickets, five bylaw tickets and seized one weapon on the first evening of the Celebration of Light. Vancouver police said more than 250,000 people gathered to watch the firewoks show and they conducted 287 liquor pour outs and seizures.
The second and third fireworks displays take place Wednesday and Saturday.
