Any Chance of a staged double murder - As Man found dead near strangled Markham woman in Hamilton hotel

HAMILTON — Police say they’ve concluded the investigation into the slaying of a 25-year-old Markham, Ont., sex trade worker in a Hamilton hotel room.
Tammy Le was found strangled on Jan. 25 and the body of a man, described by police as a suspect in Le’s death, was discovered a few days later in a wooded area behind a nearby school parking lot.
On Thursday, police identified the man as Terry Moore of Hamilton and say his fingerprints were found in the room where Le was killed.
Investigators say forensic evidence from the scene, and the autopsies of Le and Moore linked the two at the time of her death.
They say questions remain as to Moore’s motive, but had he lived he would have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
