One woman injured after shooting in Regent Park

Police are investigating a shooting in Regent Park that sent a 28-year-old woman to hospital this morning.
It happened in the area of Regent and Dundas streets at 2:17 a.m.
Police say they located shell casings in the area of Sackville and Sherbourne streets but no victims were found at the scene.
A female victim was located in the area of Danforth and Coxwell avenues a short time later.
Police say the victim suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
According to investigators, it appears the female was inside a vehicle that was shot at when she was struck by a bullet.
Two other people were inside the car at the time but were not injured.
Police have not yet released any information on possible suspects.
